Vilka uppgifter vi samlar in
När du fyller i våra formulär eller kontaktar oss samlar vi in de uppgifter du lämnar, till exempel namn, e-postadress, telefonnummer, organisation, fakturaadress och ditt meddelande.

Varför vi behandlar uppgifterna och med vilken rättslig grund

• Besvara förfrågningar och lämna offerter: berättigat intresse.

• Hantera kursanmälan och genomföra utbildning: fullgörande av avtal.

• Fakturering och bokföring: rättslig förpliktelse.

• Cookies som inte är nödvändiga: ditt samtycke.

 

Vilka vi delar uppgifter med

• Kursleverantörer, till exempel CNet Training (Storbritannien), när du anmäls till en av deras kurser. Vi delar endast de uppgifter som behövs för att registrera dig och ge dig tillgång till kursen.
  Wix.com, som driver vår webbplats och lagrar formulärdata. Wix kan behandla uppgifter utanför EU/EES med skyddsåtgärder enligt GDPR.

Vi säljer aldrig dina uppgifter.

 

Hur länge vi sparar uppgifterna
Förfrågningar och offertunderlag sparas i upp till 24 månader efter senaste kontakt. Fakturaunderlag sparas i sju år enligt bokföringslagen.

What data we collect
When you fill in our forms or contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as name, email address, phone number, organisation, invoice address and your message.

Why we process the data and our legal basis

• Responding to enquiries and providing quotes: legitimate interest.

• Handling course registrations and delivering training: performance of a contract.

• Invoicing and accounting: legal obligation.

• Non-essential cookies: your consent.

Who we share data with

• Course providers, such as CNet Training (United Kingdom), when you are registered for one of their courses. We only share the information needed to register you and give you access to the course.

• Wix.com, which hosts our website and stores form data. Wix may process data outside the EU/EEA with safeguards in accordance with the GDPR.

We never sell your data.

How long we keep data
Enquiries and quote records are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact. Invoicing records are kept for seven years as required by Swedish accounting law.
